High Pressure Valves
- Six valve patterns for reliable and flexible shut-off
- Valve bodies through 100,000 psi are high tensile 316 S/S, 150,000 psi valve bodies are 17-4 PH S/S
- Stem assemblies have non-rotating tips to prevent galling with valve seats
- Packing is located below the stem threads to prevent contact with media (liquid or gas)
- Tubing and pipe connections from 1/16" through 1"
High Pressure Fittings
- Complete range of elbows, tees, and crosses for all pressure classes and tubing connections
- Constructed of high tensile 316 stainless steel
- Full line of union couplings, bulkhead couplings, caps, line filters, ball check valves, soft seat check valves, safety heads and rupture discs
- Accessories include adapters, NPT & hose fittings, thermocouple adapters and pressure gauges
Air-operated valves
- Five lines of air operators accommodate remote operation of high pressure valves up
to 100,000 psi. - Diaphragm and piston operated valves available in both normally open andnormally closed models
- Operators controlled by air regulator, electrical solenoid or low pressure manual valve
- Remetco air operated valves provide remote operation for fine metering applications
High Pressure Tubing
- Tubing is cold drawn, seamless 316 S/S and supplied in 1/8 hard condition (not annealed)
- Tensile strength approximately 40 percent higher than annealed tubing
- Connection sizes from 1/8" to 1" OD
- Coned and threaded nipples constructed of 316 S/S and stocked in lengths from 2-1/4" to 12"
Speciality Valves
- Ball valves in two-way and three-way configurations for standard and severe duty to 20,000 psi.
- Hastelloy C-276 and other special materials are available and often in inventory
- High temperature valves to 1,000°F (538°C)
- Micro control metering valves provide precise control of flow
- Relief valves protect a system from over-pressure damage and failure to 30,000 psi.
